Headshrinker 94 Frame broken?

Hi,
I think the Frame puzzle for this weeks Headshrinker 94 is broken. (Unless I am misunderstanding the rules.)

It says

Numbers in the outside frame equal the sum of the first three numbers in the corresponding row or column in the given direction.

But the first clue I have in the puzzle is a 4 which can not exist. The minimum value for a clue should be a 6.

Any idea what happened? Is the problem just on my end?

That's a mistake. Correct sum is 14

Sorry, my mistake converting files from flash to js
the 4 is 14
Alredy corrected and entry records have been deleted, when you open again please clean the browser cache before

Is Touchy broken as well? I keep getting the same solution, and can't find an error in it, but it isn't being accepted.

I had the same problem with Touchy, and according to the contest results, nobody else could submit an answer either.

I tried submitting several times over the weekend, but the site kept telling me I had some errors. I know for a fact that this is the only solution, so I guess the site was verifying against a bad solution.

same problem of the frame, one digit missing.
from the next contest I will verify each grid submitted after the replacement of flash with js
