I don't like tha way I designed it

Puzzles whose difficulty was not proportional to points earned (penci marks too easy, subset 4x2 too difficult)

for the next contest I'm thinking to:

lower the average difficulty to give chance to more partecipants to complete more puzzles (taking in consideration that from the next contest also the Anti-Knight an Even-Odd Sudokus will be present)

personally solve the puzzles to evaluate the difficulty level without relying on the evaluation of the solver
