Antipairs in Headshrinker competition

I am wondering if I understood the rules correctly - the only position for "3" in the box 7 was position 8,3. This would however violate the rules if I understand them correctly. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks, radekivv

Sorry, Radekivv,
I forgot the last sentence in the rules
from https://www.argio-logic.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=68&t=7276

If the digit N stay in row R and column C, then cell R,N can NOT contain C,
If the digit N stay in row R and column C, then cell N,C can NOT contain R,
where R & C are the row and column number counted from left to right and right to left, top to bottom and bottom to top ,
of course, the above conditions are not valid when N is equal to R or C.

we can note that 5 is in c5 , r9
6 in c6, r2
You should find the number 3 somewhere in column 3
so you can not avoid the limits to the rule

you can find a solution sample on
