You're right, Fred!
Let me analyze the results deeply.
Surely the presence of new variants like palindromo, Clock Faces and QuadMax, where i don't have reference for evaluation, contributed to the overall difficulty.
What it's strange to me is the results of Quadmax, solved only by Sylvain in 33 minutes (almost my solution time, and usually my time is 5 times the best results).
Following the suggestion of many users, I'm thinking to remove the limit of 2.5 hours and sum the solutions times like in the headshrinker.
Anyway, generally, I'm thinking to make all contests easier, starting from the hybrids.

I didn't read correctly rules before starting the Quad Max. So it took me more than 20 minutes before i saw the dark rule and understood how to continue. Perhaps other players didn't succeed in finding the solution of this one because they had the same problem.
